Please notify me via email before sending any MEMS application materials, FEMA transcripts or essays to my address. I must have your contact information and a completed application form in order to assist you with the process. ALSO---PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF EVERYTHING for your own records: your application, all course transcripts or certificates, essays, briefs, etc that you have completed towards your MEMS qualification. SGAUS and MEMS Academy staff do not keep or maintain any documentation you send per SGAUS/MEMS policy. In the event that any of your application materials are lost, you could be asked to re-do work previously submitted for your qualification unless you can provide proof of completion.
